IF you were a teenager in the Borders back in the early 1960s there's every possible chance you would have rocked out to groups such as The Castle Kings, Rue and The Rockets, The Craig Brothers and The Strangers.
The latter were a foursome from Berwick who had a strong local following.

Two members were reunited back in Berwick more than 40 years later and decided to reform the group. However, they were forced to change their name to Forever Strangers as there is now another group called The Strangers.

The band hit the road again a few years ago and are returning to Coldingham Hall on Saturday June 20, following showstopping performances at the venue in October last year and January this year.

Tickets can be bought for £6 from www.coldingham.info or from the Box Office at Coldingham Post Office.
