Medals success for Eyemouth swimmers

EYEMOUTH swimmers recently competed at round two of the East District Championships with Lauren Aisbitt winning a bronze medal in the 400m freestyle and finishing fourth in the 200m freestyle final.

Robyn Flockhart was placed sixth in the final of the 200m breaststroke.
Abigail Tait and Abbie Thompson recorded personal bests in their races while Charlie Faed continues his good form knocking 25 seconds off in total from three races.

The Tranent Xmas Gala was also held recently with Eyemouth swimmers collecting 39 medals from 59 races with many great swims coming from the junior swimmers culminating with the juniors winning the relay.
